Money urgently needed for work from the Quinquennial Survey - money already spent by Fr Nesden results in him only having £50 in the bank. Trustees have no objection - hopes the Finance Board will agree.

A Description - "The presbytery and sacristy were built in 1904 ... part of a very grand missionary scheme and are built with many art nouveau details. For the period the quality is not exceptionally high, but it is an interesting house which may well be included on the statutory lists of historic buildings."
