              "Fr Paul Spellman, from St Mary's in Ipswich, took up the challenge os walking 500,000 steps or more during Lent in aid of a Catholic charity. Fr Paul was aiming to walk 12,500 steps per day, and so complete over 500,000 (at least 220 miles) before the Mass of the Lord's Supper on Maundy Thursday." Story continues

In 1991 Hamish MacQueen, now the director of the East Anglian Diocesan Youth Service, founded a full-time Catholic rock band called Revelation, with the aim of sharing the Gospel message through music. They toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe. For a time, they were based in Hamish's mum's bungalow in North Walsham, and they played several gigs in East Anglia." Story continues

              "Bishop Alan Hopes used the blessing of the sacred oils at the Chrism Mass a St Johns Cathedral to underline how they were a powerful sign of the Lord's presence among us.               "The Duckett Library at St John's Cathedral, Norwich is re-opening after the 10am Mass on Tuesday 13th April and is looking tor new volunteers. The library's stock covers a wide range of religious and theological subjects.
