Mandate for an Ecumenical Centre was challenged by Mr Smith. Agreed need to demonstrate the Guild and Shrine were established prior to approaching approval/support from the Bishop
Revision of Leaflet - final draft accepted; professional production (in blue ink) for better impact; Mr Mellamphy contacted to do a line drawing
Pilgrimage Walk - secretary to publicise the event; discussion on other arrangements
AOB - Covenant Players had offered do a play (for £60 + board) on any topic - will contact the for later; bequest offer
Proposed Ecumenical centre - viability of having a centre and a shrine; St Peter's church considered for Maritime Museum could house a Theological Museum and a shrine?

Pilgrimage Walk - numbers down on last year; poor support from Catholic clergy; not enough preparation

AOB - membership drive; Walsingham Pilgrimage date; completed statue to be brought by Mr Mellamphy to the March meeting and talk about his visit to Nettuno; CTS leaflet opportunity; view the redundant churches with new committee after the AGM
Revision of Leaflet - Final drafting given to Dr Heley and Mr Sime
Letter to the Bishops - decided against sending a letter; need to establish the venture first; examine other ventures for lessons; need to obtain backing from influential people on the ecclesiastic sphere
AOB - Fr Woodgate date of 23 November accepted for the quiet day
Treasurer's Report - £211 in credit but 4 accounts to be settled
Pilgrimage Walk - Catholic priests reluctant
Statue - being worked on by Mr Mellamphy
The Medallion - lowest price is 60p + VAT for 1,000; too much for the Guild - seek alternatives
