Fr David Paul will be in touch to talk about the Society of the Holy Cross - some members of which have been ordained into the Roman Catholic church - so that they have formed a Roman International Province. Copies of correspondence enclosed.
Brown, Ralph Rev (1931-2014)"... aims of the Society were not only excellent but much to be striven for. "
Good if Fr David Paul did approach Bishop Smith, who would give good advice about na approach to the Conference of Bishops. Some degree of separation between the Roman Province and the remainder of the Society may offer a chance of doing something with the Holy See.
Secretary letter. Work on collating information about Catholic Societies [not present] enclosed. Request for supply of missing information. Membership committee met and Dennis [Gerrard] is compiling the report. Mention of death of Michael Ward on 6 January 1995.
