Received the conveyance document. Enclosed deed relates to Fr Delaney selling surplus plots to Mr Reade . They are not needed as a new plot has been bought for the Church. Arrange for the document to be signed by the Bishop and returned.

A commentary on the costs follows on page 2 providing a view on these additional costs and an inability under contract to control them.
Original contract value is stated as £5865/7/5. Final payment, all in, is £8059/13/2. "Of this sum a little over £1500 was to hand when I cam to Wymondham. The other £6500 was collected by me between October 1947 and the present date: Sept 1953."
