              Starting his fourth year at Seminary, he is writing to let the Bishop know how he is getting on. Has corresponded with Mr Tuck about his son preparing to send his son to seminary. His brother, Leonard and Patrick Trunks return to Oakamoor last Thursday. Tomlinson and Gordon will travel from London on 30th to be in time for the "Entree on 1st October. When he returns to Beaupréau he hopes to work with the second form.

              Forwarding the sketch plans and drawings for Aldeburgh Church design. Describes the church, Gothic with Round Tower (typical of Suffolk, with flints and plan roofing tiles). Chesham Bois church has similar floor area. Rough costing £1500 to £1600 a further £500 to complete Tower and porch. Fawcett Road is cramped and not suitable, but Fr Delaney has indicated The Terrace site, which is much better and allows room for future requirements.

              Austin Treamer, AA, Provincial reminds Fr Reeman that they met outside Westminster Cathedral and asks if Brother Anselm Amps, due to finish his Theology studies, may be ordained in March, his old parish church. Superior General has granted his ordination. Treamer is writing in advance of contacting the Bishop to gain the parish priest's approval.

              Fr Mark gone to Gt Yarmouth, Fr Martin replacing him as chaplain for the branch. Officers changing over/retiring - P & B Scrutton standing down. Membership of 100 should be able to produce 2 officers to manage the branch. Director of the Shrine, Alan Williams, is retiring opportunity to contribute to a presentation. Advent Retreat on the weekend 15th December.
