If the Old Catholic Church is a Charity and the Diocese Trustee accepted the property, then the Diocese Trustee would become trustee for a non-catholic body which is outside its own scope. Need to check status with Luker and then seek advice from Witham Weld.
Wilson, Peter John Rev MA FCAOffering the Diocese the assets of the "Old Catholic Church of England", including a property "Mileham" in Walsingham. This would involve a lease-back to the Church's Trustees to expire on the death of Bishop Luker and Miss Hennessey (Church secretary).
Luker, Rupert John Revd (1906-1984)Re 28 October letter re free gift of property in Walsingham from this church to the Diocese of East Anglia. This is the only remaining property of the Church Trustees. Any progress to pass to Charity Commissioners?

(Dated Vigil of Pentecost 1984) Rev Howard Weston-Smart introduces himself as a member of the Old Roman Catholic Church who regularly visits Walsingham. Provides some background information about himself, his wife and the school they work at. Asking the Bishop for permission to say Mass when next in Walsingham. He notes that permission had, in the past, been granted to members of his Rite to offer Mass privately in the Slipper Chapel.
