Fr Coughlan has recently left the property and it will be let to Mr Barry George Baker who works for Walsingham Shrine. The original 1971 lease was prepared by Witham Weld but no copy held by C Toller. If they still have a copy can they use it to establish a lease for Mr Baker from 1 January
