Parishioner2 letters from parishioners to the Bishop about the over long time taken for the repairs on the Hall - from Easter to then, November - ingress of water and the general impact on its use. The Bishop replies to both (same letter) and then writes to the builders (Mr Keith Butler of Povell, Flood & Wilson, LVE Buildings, Jarrom Street, Leicester) about something being radically wrong and needing to be attended to urgently. He is sure Fr Shannon has been in touch.
