Finance Office has revisited the arrangement and on the basis of a change in Catholic population since 1976 the Diocese of East Anglia's contribution should be 13% instead of 7%.. But with two other Diocese now taking part the rate is 8.5% (i.e. the proportion of all 4 dioceses' populations).
