"A first-ever Cantonese Mass has taken place in Sawston following the arrival of a number of Catholies in the area from Hong Kong. Dominic chung reports. As many as 58 Cantonese-speaking Catholics and their friends, took part in a Mass celebrated by Canon John Minh at our Lady of lourdes Sawston (OLOL), on 7th April. Though he does not speak or read the language, Canon John Minh celebrated entirely in Cantonese, which he learned in record time using phonetics." Story continues.

"A gambling addict took more than £220,000 from Norwich's Catholic Cathedral whilst colunteering as its treasurer. Rene Mugenzi was jailed for more than two years at Norwich Crown Court yesterday afternoon for siphoning off the cash from the bank account at St John the Baptist Cathedral and into his own between March 2016 and May 2018."
