"A first-ever Cantonese Mass has taken place in Sawston following the arrival of a number of Catholies in the area from Hong Kong. Dominic chung reports. As many as 58 Cantonese-speaking Catholics and their friends, took part in a Mass celebrated by Canon John Minh at our Lady of lourdes Sawston (OLOL), on 7th April. "Bishop Alan Hopes of East Anglia celebrated a Mass for the Blessing of Families at St John's Cathedral, Norwich, to mark the end of the Year of St Joseph. During the year, an icon of St Joseph painted by Fr Luke Goymour had toured the diocese before arriving at its resting place in St John's Cathedral.
