Contract sum for construction of Open-Sided church is £29,457.00.
Miss McPherson (Bishop's Office) calls it Phase II and the expended sum is £28,549.22 The difference £908.78 being the sum saved can be expended on selected items listed in attached paper. Hence the full amount of the contract sum can be shown to be expended. If the Bishop is in agreement then the writer will inform the Quantity Surveyor.
