Conclusion
Previous provisional arrangements due to illness have given way to new arrangements in the current climate. The Shrine staffing has been restructured in the light of the MacIntyre Hudson report. Transfer of employment is proposed- to Book-keeper to the Shrine and Clerk to the Walsingham Trust. Task is to keep the accounts as set up by Thain and Wildbur and report accordingly. Whilst not wishing to over-tax him, the Executive offer a job which is within the permanent management and financial structure of the Shrine.
