The writer is directed by the Board of Trustees to ask for a reply to their letter of 15 December 1909. Fr Purcell is asked what arrangements he has made regarding the properties from which he receives rent. The writer call to Fr Purcell's notice that if the properties are not kept in good repair then "Mr Pauling, the great benefactor of your mission may cease to take further interest in the work at St Ives".

Not signed nor addressed but most likely to Mr Venner of Manchester given the subject matter.
The offer by Mrs Newton of "Red House" in Wymondham is refused as being unsuitable for a chapel on an number of grounds and because the potential for a remunerative rent is remote.

Presumable produced as an educational document.
A commentary, with examples from the media, of a media story relating to Bishop Roderick Wright (d. 2005) of Argyll and the Isles. The story was triggered by his disappearance at the same time as a woman from his parish. The media followed the story relating it to clerical celibacy in the Catholic Church and produced a number of headlines and cartoons.

Text is about Le Père Barbara ("brillant et dynamique prêtre "sédévacantiste" français, décédé maintenant") arranging an event at Econe, Switzerland. The author is encouraging the reader ("Cher Confrere") to attend the event and support Archbishop Lefebvre. Specifically they do not support the "new Mass" and prefer to stay with the traditional Latin Rite. Ends with a request to let young people know about an event being planned at Lacordaire France, from 4 to 5 September.

She is claiming that her belongings were removed from the room(s) she had occupied at the convent into the cellar and a wooden hut. This was done whilst she was staying in a nursing home in Lambeth, London. The nuns asked her to stay there a little longer and she claims that during this time the removal was undertaken. A letter from the Sister Superior is enclosed [not present] and gives details. She claims that an illegal agreement has been substituted for the original. She also claims that money should be returned to her and that some of her belongings are damaged or missing.
