  5. Post of Bursar ceases then
  6. Shrine maintenance organised by Mr Bolton, Building Surveyor
  7. Publish grievance procedures

Slipper Chapel - plans accepted; submitted to Norfolk CC for approval; £150,000 legacy towards project, Nation Wide Appeal for £150,000
The Railway - to acquire fro m NCC for a Pilgrim Way - Mr Kellett to negotiate; Fr Carefull says Anglican Shrine would join in this project.
Ecumenism - Both Shrines' staff work and pray together.
Staff - turnover continues - new staff joining - Sister Kathleen thanked.
Elm[ham] House Development - bar remodelling; £50,000 cost; £30,00 from Marist congregation in buying Falcon House, £20,000 being found by Walsingham Association
Prayer Life of the Shrine - programme for pilgrimages and daily prayer
Facilities for the Sick - Swap of Pilgrim Hall for Old School House by 1st June
Accommodation - working towards 120 - currently at 105. John Hawkes retires next year, may take over part of Dow House and pilgrims use rest.

Pre-amble: Took charge of running the Shrine at the East Anglia Diocesan Vocations Pilgrimage on 29 April 1979.
Since Easter 1919: description of various events/pilgrimages; thanks to Sister Kathleen for managing the interregnum
Future of the Shrine: A Vision for the future (centenary 1997?); sharing this vision; achieving this end (Slipper Chapel / Railway Track / Accommodation and Catering / Community/Fraternity / Transit Hospital, Shared Church, Parish Hall)
Conclusion: No working committee yet; Liturgical and spiritual life needs further meditation and prayer; much to be done.

"Many thousands" request a Mass celebrated for their individual intentions
Novena of Shared Masses makes it possible to be included in 12 noon Mass in the Slipper Chapel for nine consecutive days, and, your offering will be used to develop the Shrine. Place your offering and intention in the envelop provided.
Otherwise a private Mass for your intention will be said but not necessarily at the Shrine.
