The Trust deed is in their possession and will be sent to the Bishop of Northampton.
pencilled annotation: "It came, & Canon Tonks is having it copied before it is returned Sept 25/29."

Suggests Nov 24-30 for going to Woburn Sands. Will write to Canon Tonks. Supplying at Gillingham Hall; Mrs Todhunter hopes the priest will return on 22nd.
manuscript annotation: "Week 24-30 Nov will do very well. Let Canon Tonks know definitive date. Nov 20/29"

Being caught between the Bishop and the Abbot, Fr Banham appeals to Canon Tonks to sort out the money which is promised. For the £41.3.11 he has said 165 Masses - as required by the Banham Fund - there is more to come.

Bishop is sending Fr Banham to Woburn Sands and asked that he contact and see Canon Tonks about dates, condition, etc. Fr Banham will pack up ready to go once the supply duty at Gillingham Hall has completed.

St Benet's Fabric Endowment trust £1000: advised that investment is in India 3.5%; expected to be told without having to ask for the information. Presume that all trustees are informed of disbursement of the income.
