Proceed to draft Trust Deed. Not it will only contain the funds form the appeal. May need to vest property in the Trust. Money advanced for essential building at the Slipper Chapel ; Diocese will recover these from the appeal.

Rules for the Pilgrim Club enclosed. Thinks these are acceptable for the Diocese but could Michael Kelleher confirm this? Also is there a need for a licence to be issued to the Club for occupying part of Elmham House?

Finance - disappointing £46,000 for house in Friday Market; Deeds being transferred to Witham and Weld from Diocese of Northampton; Chris Toller (of Witham Weld) employed by the Diocese to manage properties.
Clergy at the Shrine; agreed that Walsingham will request that it has responsibility for local properties.
National Pilgrimage - shortage of clergy; agreed need more than one priest to run the Shrine
Holy Water and Candles - mosaic ready; water supply to be from a fountain
