- Permission to allow the daughter (Mary, 7 in December 1928) to have her First Confession) after Easter (as is required) to allow preparation for 1st Communion to occur about Corpus Chrisiti
- permission to allow Holy Week service to be held in Gillingham in the "semi-public chapel". Fr Campbell is in favour.
- Mr John Todhunter wishes to arrange a Demonstration for the Emancipation[?] on 23 April- Fr Pillot thinks this inconvenient and better arranged for a diocesan-wide date.

Opportunity to have a stall at the "Combined Catholic Bazaar" at Kensington Town Hall on 23-24 November under the patronage of the Cardinal. Can the bishop obtain the patronage of Lady Winefride? The stall is for the St Neots debt.

Some history about the chapel. Service not finalised; request suggestions for ecumenical dignatories to be invited.
Wace, Harry Montague Anthony Rev (1926-2002)Bishop Butler's secretary (Fr Richard More Sutherland) writing to inform Fr Wace that the bishop is already engaged in Hitchin on the day. "Why not ask Columba from Shack..."? Open invitation stay with him overnight for a meal.
