              Great job was done by the the organisers of the "Assembly and Conference". However they did not budget for expenses adequately which means a £10,000 shortfall. Central funds cannot meet this. Requests Fr Howlin to help out by giving £2,000 - "...blatant begging, but I think I have no option."
