After receiving the Bishop's approval for the Covenant, the Anglicans now say the wording is unacceptable. They have suggested a new form, Fr Brown has printed it on the back of a newsletter and hopes people will take some interest. Fr Brown will ask Hethersett congregation and community and the Parish Pastoral Council to give their approval.

Whilst it might be easier for bookkeeping purposes to merge the accounts, they will be kept separate. Hence all income from covenants will be credited to the Shine unless specifically received for the Parish. Copy of letter to new Parish Priest.

Regarding the estate of the late Sir RL Bagge. Many old files had been destroyed after a reorganisation due to a loss of storage space. Trustees could not give release to the covenants as the land was acquired in the 1930s by Unifex Ltd.

Mr Toller has been in contact with the solicitors (Trower Still & Keeling) acting for Gaywood Hall estate, their letter attached which speaks for itself. Consider taking out a restrictive covenant indemnity policy?
