Secretary's letter. New management under Fr Williams. Addressing flooding from roof space in new block [some details provided on damage]. Impact on Bi-annual meeting and accommodation.

Secretary's letter. Proving a number of enclosures [note present]: notes on the last executive meeting; Fr Allen article; Programme for Youth Week. John Jawkes is retiring [with some explanation].Westminster meeting - Mass okay but some restrictions on collections, etc.

Fr Williams on leave; New Dawn arriving in a few days. Westminster Mass arrangements - invitations being issued; celebrants (Cardinal, Mgr MacBride, Fr Williams) plus two deacons; John Hawkes and Michael Fleming to do readings, liturgy being worked on; apologies coming in including from Mgr. Stark. Youth Week went well.
