              Associated note [undated]: " Copy of Authentication for relic of St Philip Howard. The original of the Authentication and the relic were placed in the main altar of St John's Cathedral on 4th August 2007. The Relic was given to St John's in the silver container in this cardboard box but was removed from it for insertion in the altar."
