Position and Authority of the Director: Urgent need for a clear job description and to have clear reporting/authority lines. Similarly for financial matters. Gives examples of where these have all failed.

Walsingham Association: a growing organisation with certain influences and potential to become an independent commercial enterprise. The Shrine Council need to be aware and respond appropriately.

One set of accounts for the next shrine council meeting. Since the Appeal office holds all the invoices and the Designated Gift account it would be better to produce it here. Send up to date figures on the General Fund and loan interest with total expenditure.

Detailing the handling of monies between two accounts - Walsingham Shrine and Parish.
Bishop Grant's donation of £1000 will appear on the Appeal sheet.
Whilst it might be easier for bookkeeping purposes to merge the accounts, they will be kept separate. Hence all income from covenants will be credited to the Shine unless specifically received for the Parish. Copy of letter to new Parish Priest.
