Copies of the drawings sent to the White House, Poringland. No-one has asked us to do other than be instructed by the Pilgrim Bureau; hence you have not seen the phase 2 planning application. Working to the Bureau's timetable and without other instruction we played safe and used the boundary that Mr Siequence, of the Black Lion Hotel, states he has agreed with the bank. The planning officer is very happy with the proposed scheme developed according to the Pilgrim Bureau brief. Wire and pailing fence erected by Mr Siequence's builders but can be easily flattened in an emergency.
